Consistency Is The Key!

We all know it's true and it's what will make any endeavor a success. I'm down 4 lbs, (yes, it's the same 4 that keep coming and going!) but my regular gym visits are what's going to make the difference this time! I'll be at the gym this evening and so far, the eating part is pretty easy! I'll update more later on why I think that is, but for now, I'm keeping up with the regular, consistent program and plan to see big success by the middle of September!
