Where Have I Been?

You must be asking yourself. Well, that's presuming anyone is reading this.

In any case, this blog is suppose to be keeping me in the fitness and weight loss game. So, let me see if I can stay on track. I figure that the best way to stay plugged in is to post three times a week like I do with my other blogs, it keeps me accountable to have a schedule to keep. Tune in Monday for the start of regular, hopefully helpful posts!
